In this article we take a look at the second-generation Citroen C8, produced from 2009 to 2014. Here you will find the Citroen C8 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 fuse box outline, information about the location of the fuse boxes inside the car, as well as the allocation of each fuse (fuse layout).
Information from the 2010 and 2013 (UK) owner’s manuals is used. The location and function of fuses in cars manufactured at other times may differ.
The fuses for the cigarette lighter (socket) in the Citroen C8 are fuse №9 (cigarette lighter) in the instrument panel fuse box and fuses №39 (12 V accessory socket, row 3) and №40 (12 V accessory socket, row 2) on the battery.
The fuse boxes are located in
- The lower glovebox in the instrument panel (right-hand side),
- The battery compartment (right-hand floor),
- the engine compartment.

Open the lower glove box on the right-hand side, pull the handle to open the cover.

It is located in the engine compartment, to the left of the coolant reservoir.
