The Acura TL’s cigar lighter/power outlet fuse is #9 in the passenger-side interior fuse box.

Passenger compartment
The interior fuse boxes are located on each side of the dashboard.
To open an interior fuse box, pull up on the bottom of the cover and remove it from the side hinges by pulling it towards you.
Engine compartment
2002-2003: The ABS fuse box is also located in the engine compartment on the driver’s side.
