The Acura CL’s cigar lighter/power outlet fuse is fuse №9 located in the right passenger compartment fuse block (passenger side).

Fuse Box Location
The interior fuse boxes are located on each side of the dashboard.
To open, pull up on the bottom of the cover and remove it from the side hinges by pulling it towards you.
